My First Freebie

Garlic Harvest

Tradition says that you should plant garlic on the shortest day and harvest it on the longest day (June 21st in UK). Well it was a day or two late but here's my DH with the first of this years home grown garlic.

Ladybug

On Friday DD2 had an ugly bug ball at pre-school. She went as a ladybug, had her face painted and made this cute paper ladybug. Its was fantastic and I met lots of local people I know from UK Scrappers forum.

First session at 'big school'

DD2 has gone to spend the morning at the school she'll be going to from September. It's the same school as DD1 but they will only be there at the same time for 1 year as DD1 will be off to Secondary school in september 2008. Making me feel old!

I have got a new favourite digi kit!! Its called 'Little Seeds#1-Being Me' and its by Gina Marie Huff (available at Weeds and Wildflowers). Its supposed to be a mini kit but it is HUGE !!! Here's a couple of pages I did with it today (the wings are by Carla Gibson).

Summer Girl

Its been lovely weather here the past couple of days. I was out gardening yesterday and unfortunately got a bit sunburnt (oops). Took some photos this morning and here's one I've digi scrapped with Pats new Sunflower kit.
